These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract entered into by and between the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization), hereinafter referred to as “TCEB”, of the one part, and the general applicant for membership, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, of the other part, concerning the use of the Website https://epa.businesseventsthailand.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Website.”

By accessing and utilizing the Website, the User agrees to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions:

Article 1

Membership registration to use the Website service is free of charge.

Article 2

Users must maintain appropriate security of their Username and Password, not disclose them to others, and not use them in ways that violate the law, public peace and order, or good morals of the public.

Article 3

Users have the right to cancel or revoke their use of the Website service at any time. Likewise, TCEB reserves the right to suspend or cancel service to users without prior notice if it appears that users fail to comply with even one of these terms and conditions.

Article 4

The User shall strictly comply with all terms and conditions relating to registration and service usage, particularly with regard to the protection of personal data. In cases where such personal information is stolen, lost, or damaged due to force majeure or causes not arising from TCEB’s negligence, TCEB shall not be held liable for any resulting damages.

Article 5

Users acknowledge that the Website provides Event Impact calculation, Self-Assessment, Performance Analysis, and Break-Event Analysis services developed by TCEB. However, the results may be subject to variations due to environmental factors, data input errors, and/or data processing. Users agree not to use any errors that occur as grounds for claiming any damages from TCEB.

Article 6

Users acknowledge that the Website may have display errors and/or delays of any kind, whether arising from computer systems, internet systems, various electronic devices, mobile telephone network systems, or any other systems related to this service and/or any other similar causes arising from force majeure. Users agree not to use such malfunctions as grounds for claiming any damages from TCEB.
